Family friendly experience

The room was very spacious and always spotless. Bright sunny mornings enjoying the wonderful breakfast while looking out the window, it was a great way to start each day.

It wasn’t the cheapest option , but still acceptable.

Loved the complimentary apples at check-out!

We faced numerous challenges during our stay. The beds were far from comfortable, with worn-out mattresses that made it impossible to sleep well. the shower lacked proper doors or a curtain, leaving water all over the floor. The breakfast choices were disappointing and did not meet our expectations for quality.

the breakfast included prosecco, which was a lovely surprise. the lobby is a bit cramped.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful two-night stay. The staff went above and beyond when we faced an unexpected parking issue, assisting us with police communications. The cozy restaurant offered delicious local dishes, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommend staying here for an unforgettable experience!

Noise levels, especially from the street and neighboring rooms, significantly impacted my stay, particularly being on the third floor. The shower size felt cramped, making it less comfortable, and I encountered issues with Wi-Fi connectivity that disrupted my planning. the limited breakfast options became repetitive, lacking variety during my time here. For a place of its caliber, the overall experience fell short in terms of comfort.

the atmosphere was simply enchanting. the charming street had a lovely vibe, and the staff made us feel truly valued with their warmth and helpfulness. the breakfast was delightful, with fresh options truly resembling a European-style spread.

this hotel was amazin! location was perfect, just a 3 min walk to the main square. staff were super friendly, especially the ones at breakfast, they even made omelettes fresh! breakfast had so many choices and was really good. our room was clean and comfy, loved the daily tea/coffee in the lobby!

only downside was the shower pressure wasn’t the best and the noise from outside sometimes got annoying at night.

The location is incredibly central, just a short walk from St Mary's Basilica and the vibrant main square. The staff were exceptionally friendly, with Maria and Anna at breakfast standing out for their cheerful service. Free coffee and pastries in the lounge added a nice touch, although parking was more challenging than expected, and the room lacked air conditioning, which would have made a difference in comfort.
